Review your photo and confirm Generate. The credit is reserved for that task; another attempt uses another credit.
- Technical failure returns the credit
A confirmed failed task returns its reserved credit. If a request times out, check its status before trying again.
Before you buy
Will I be charged every month?
No. You pay once for your selected video pack. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Does paying start the video?
No. Once checkout is available, payment will add credits to your account. Return to your selected photo and confirm Generate to start a task.
What if I want another version?
A new generation uses another credit. AI results vary; a completed video that you do not like is different from a technical failure. Check the refund policy before purchasing.
Is a returned credit a refund to my card?
No. A credit return restores your in-app balance after a confirmed technical failure. Refunds of a payment are handled separately under the refund policy.
