Purchases are not open
Launch video-pack prices are listed on Pricing, but purchases are not open. Checkout-provider details and applicable payment-refund terms will be published before payments are enabled.
Technical generation failure
When the provider confirms that a task failed, the prepared task system restores the reserved credits once. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your payment method. Network interruptions and long waits require a task-status check before failure is established.
Completed videos and new attempts
An imperfect heart pose, changed face or unwanted hand detail can occur in a completed AI video. Such a result is not automatically classified as a technical failure. Review the result and contact support if needed. Starting another generation is a new credit charge.
Payment questions
Use the contact page with your order reference if you have a billing question. Never send card details or passwords. Payment refunds, once purchases are enabled, must be verified and processed through the payment provider. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
