Bicep Heart AI Privacy Policy
How photo previews, accounts and private generation data are handled.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
Service status
Video generation and credit purchases are not open. Selecting a photo currently creates a local preview; it does not send the image to the server. This policy describes the prepared generation flow as well as the local preview that works today.
Local preview and account information
A selected photo may be stored in this browser for up to one hour so it can survive a sign-in redirect. Expired drafts are removed the next time the tool opens. Use Remove photo to delete the draft immediately. Account data includes your email address, authentication records and essential session cookies.
When generation opens
Starting a generation sends your selected photo to private storage and supplies a temporary access URL to KIE and its downstream model provider. Those providers process the photo to generate a video. Provider-side retention and use are governed by their policies; we do not promise that deleting a file here deletes every provider copy.
Private results and retention
User photos and videos are not automatically published. Result playback and download require the owning account. The prepared access period is seven days. Private-bucket access and automatic object deletion must be verified before generation opens. You can delete completed-task files from the result panel; active tasks must finish before deletion. Task and credit ledger records may remain for reconciliation.
Trend video references
The examples use original creator videos from TikTok. Cover images are served by this site. The TikTok player is loaded only when you click a video card; it may receive your IP address, browser information and cookies under TikTok’s policies. Opening an original-source link also takes you to TikTok. These public references are separate from your private uploads.
Payments and measurement
Purchases are closed. When enabled, payment providers process payment details; this application records orders and verified payment status.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to public pages and basic actions such as selecting a photo. Google Analytics uses browser cookies and processes device and browser information. See Google's data safeguards for its data handling. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our integration.
Our analytics events do not include photos, file names, private media addresses, task identifiers, account identifiers or email addresses. Page-view events exclude account, task and administration pages, URL query strings and fragments. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy controls; the photo tool does not require analytics to work.
Your requests
Use the contact page for account or privacy requests. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or private photographs in a support ticket. We do not publish customer uploads without separate display permission.
